Introducing Alexa for Savant
VOICE CONTROL
Voice control applications are incredibly versatile and can be used for a wide range of tasks. With Savant's compatibility with Alexa and Google Home, users have expanded access to voice control for managing their devices. You can command Alexa or Google to turn entire rooms on or off, adjust any smart lighting in your home, and even control other devices such as thermostats, locks, and security systems. The convenience of voice control allows for a truly hands-free experience, giving you complete control of your home without ever having to lift a finger.
ALEXA INTEGRATION
The luxury smart home features of Savant are now available with Alexa voice control. Simply setup your home just the way you like it, including lights, music, video, shades, temperature, and more. You can activate Savant Scenes, turn rooms on or off, or adjust lights using any Alexa enabled device.
GOOGLE INTEGRATION
Voice command via your Savant Pro Remote stands always at the ready. But there may be times when it’s more convenient to access your smart home features via your Google Home device. Savant and Google Home are completely compatible, so just say the word to set the Savant Scene perfectly.
Scenes
All scenes that are associated with that user or are global, that do not have any unlock or disarm functionality. Scenes are able to be turned on by saying "Alexa, turn on <Scene Name>"
Rooms
All Rooms can be turned on or turned off. For example "Alexa, turn on Family Room" will turn the family room on to its last active AV service and "Turn Off Family Room" will turn off any AV services in the Family Room.
Room Lights
Each Room that has lighting control in it will be returned with the Room Name and the word "Lights" after it. These devices respond to On, Off, Set, Increase and Decrease commands.
HERE ARE FEW EXAMPLES
"Hey Google, turn on the Kitchen Lights" - all the lights configured in the Kitchen will be set to 100%.
"Hey Google, turn off the Kitchen Lights" - all the lights configured in the Kitchen will be turned off
"Alexa, set the Kitchen Lights to 40%" - all the lights configured in the Kitchen will be set to 40%
"Alexa, brighten the Kitchen Lights" - all the lights configured in the kitchen will be increased by 25%
"Alexa, dim the Kitchen Lights" - all the lights configured in the kitchen will be decreased by 25%
